God Mode in Windows 7: Handy Settings Available

Windows 7′s so-called GodMode is actually a shortcut to accessing the operating system’s various control settings. All you need to get Windows 7 God Mode is create a new folder and rename it with the following.


That’s it! The folder will turn into an Control Panel icon like this.

There are many handy settings available in this GodMode.

All you have to use an option in these settings is “Double Click” on an option. For eg. in “Action Center”, you can see the following options. If you want to “change user account control settings” just double click on that particular option.

You will be presented with that “Control Panel Setting Window” for that option. Otherwise, you need to go to Control Panel and dig through all the options. But with God Mode for windows 7, this is made very simple.

There are also other GodMode features or hacks with which you can get different Control Panel features. Here is a complete list of all those features.

Important: To use the codes below you have to insert the word “Godmode.” (or any other word), before the code and then insert the complete string as the folder name.
